Last year, I made some delicious pumpkin milkshakes. This year, I thought I’d start with something a little healthier: a pumpkin yogurt smoothie.
I got the idea after making my pumpkin yogurt dip.
This drink is super easy to make and even healthy enough for breakfast.

Pumpkin Yogurt Smoothie
- 1/2 cup cold pumpkin puree I put my can in the fridge to chill
- 1 cup cold nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- honey to taste add 1 tbsp at a time
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Drink while still cold.
