keto garlic bread rolls

Low Carb Pretzel Bites | If you’re on keto and miss homemade pretzels you have to try these low carb ones! They’re everything you love about pretzels but keto-friendly.

Keto Garlic Rolls | Who says you can’t have “bread” while on keto? These garlic rolls are a modification of the famous fathead dough. The pull-apart rolls are light, fluffy and flavored with garlic, Parmesan cheese and herbs.

Keto Avocado Fries | These crispy avocado fries are a great low carb appetizer. I show you how to make them in the oven or in an air fryer, too.

Garlic Mushrooms | These easy sautéed mushrooms are cooked in a garlic butter sauce. Make a big skillet of them and serve them with toothpicks so everyone can grab one (or ten!).

keto crackers in a bowl

2 Ingredient Keto Cheese Crackers | I love munching on crackers but if you’re following a keto diet, crackers are a big no-no. So, I had to come up with a low-carb cracker recipe to replace them. You only need two ingredients to make these low carb crackers!

Parmesan Zucchini Crisps | These zucchini crisps couldn’t be any easier. They are crispy, flavorful and are a great keto snack or appetizer.

Keto Potstickers | Yes, you can make low-carb potstickers that are so similar to the original you might not even guess they’re keto-friendly!

garlic parmesan bacon knots

Parmesan Garlic Bacon Knots | These bacon knots are an easy, fun and low-carb appetizer. Bacon strips are tied into knots and sprinkled with garlic, Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Cheesy Chicken Fritters | These homemade chicken fritters are so easy and delicious. They are crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside and a great appetizer or snack for parties.

Keto Low Carb Crackers | These cheese crackers are low carb, gluten-free and great for people on Keto. Plus, they only take 30 minutes to make.

keto breadsticks

Low Carb Garlic Breadsticks | Restaurant-style soft and buttery garlic breadsticks that are also low carb, keto-friendly and gluten-free. These breadsticks are delicious!

Keto Tortilla Chips | Crispy baked keto chips that are perfect for dipping and snacking. They are great with guacamole, salsa, or your favorite dip.

Keto Breadsticks | These breadsticks are more like cheesy flatbread and are so delicious, too.

fried keto cauliflower bites scattered on newspaper

Crispy Keto Cauliflower Bites | These cauliflower bites are coated in low carb and keto-friendly breading. They can be fried, baked or cooked in an air fryer. The breading comes out super crispy, just like a traditional flour or breadcrumbs breading.

Cauliflower Tots | I love classic tater tots but they’re high carb and deep-fried, so I came up with baked cauliflower tots to have instead. They are just as good as regular ones but lighter, healthier and a great appetizer if you’re following a keto diet.

  1. Love each and every recipe that you’ve shared. They are clearly written and easy to follow. More, please! I’ve particularly enjoyed the “sort of odd” foods. Shanks, beef cheeks, anything cooked low and slow, any ethnic foods, any “old fashioned style” foods. I’d also really like to see suggestions and tips. Apparently, adapting recipes isn’t simple. I’ve had problems with erythritol crystallizing. Nothing quite like hard crunchy crystal in cranberry sauce! Keep up the good work…
