No Yeast Bread Recipes

Yes, you can make bread without yeast! I’ve been making no-yeast bread for years and have a big collection of recipes that are easy to make and perfect when you want to make bread but don’t have a lot time to spend in the kitchen. This round-up includes keto (low carb) recipes, too!

Easy Bread Recipes

Here are some favorite no-yeast bread recipes that are very easy to make. Use them to make sandwiches and toast and pretty much anything else you’d use regular bread for!

Flourless Peanut Butter Sandwich Bread | This is an easy bread to make and it also happens to be low carb. It’s made with peanut butter but is not very sweet so it’s great for toast or sandwiches. The recipe calls for a low-carb sweetener but you can substitute the same amount of regular granulated sugar.

No Yeast Bread | Out of yeast, eggs and dairy? Not a problem. This recipe is perfect when you need bread in a hurry.

Bacon Cheese Beer Bread | This is a savory quick bread that uses the yeast in the beer to make a bread with a texture very similar to traditional bread. If you want to skip the bacon you might like to try my cheese beer bread.

Honey Beer Bread | Another quick bread but this time made with beer and honey. This is one of my all-time favorite beer bread recipes. It’s great just sliced with warm butter or use it to make grilled cheese sandwiches.

Irish Soda Bread | Traditional Irish soda bread is not very sweet and you don’t have to wait until St. Patrick’s Day to make it. I also have a soda bread with raisins, too!

Other No Yeast Recipes

If you don’t have yeast on hand you can still make some amazing baked goods like soft pretzels, bagels and pizza dough. Here are some easy recipes you have to try.

soft pretzels

No Yeast 2 Ingredient Soft Pretzels | These homemade pretzels do not require any yeast or proofing and they are ready in less than an hour.

2 Ingredient Pizza Dough | You don’t need any yeast to make a crispy thin-crust pizza. This recipe is so quick and easy.

2 Ingredient Bagels | These bagels are chewy like traditional ones but are so much easier.

Microwave English Muffins | These are a little different from regular English muffins – they’re made with coconut flour and are low carb – but they’re super easy to make in the microwave.

Microwave Chinese Buns | These buns only take about five minutes to make and are just as good as traditional steamed buns.

Keto Bread Recipes

If you’re following a keto diet, giving up regular bread can be really hard! I love sharing low-carb options that are keto-friendly so you can still have a slice of bread and stay on track.

keto bread

4 Ingredient Keto Bread | This easy bread recipe is just 4 ingredients. The bread is great for sandwiches, toast, and more. And it’s low carb, keto-friendly and gluten-free.

Microwave Peanut Butter Bread | This keto bread is super easy to make. All the ingredients are mixed in a mug and the bread cooks in less than 2 minutes in the microwave.

Low Carb Mug Bread | This microwave bread is very similar to regular bread but it’s low carb and so easy to make.

Keto Bread Rolls | These savory soft rolls can be eaten by themselves or used for sliders and sandwiches.

Cauliflower Bread | This cauliflower bread can be used as toast, sandwich bread, and any other bread substitution you need.
