Bread Recipes Without Yeast

Yes, you can make bread without yeast! I’ve been making no-yeast bread for years and have a big collection of homemade breads that are easy to make and perfect when you want to make bread but don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.

Easy Yeast-Free Bread Recipes

Here are some favorite no-yeast bread recipes that are very easy to make. No proofing or kneading required!

Flavored bread, pretzels, bagels, pizza dough… there are a lot of ways to make bread without any yeast. Most of these recipes use pantry staples so it’s quick to get some bread in the oven in no time.

Flourless Peanut Butter Sandwich Bread | This is an easy bread to make and it also happens to be low carb. It’s made with peanut butter but is not very sweet so it’s great for toast or sandwiches. The recipe calls for a low-carb sweetener but you can substitute the same amount of regular granulated sugar.

3 Ingredient Parmesan Bread Rolls | These savory rolls are great with chili, soup, or as a side dish for other meals.

No Yeast Bread | Out of yeast, eggs and dairy? Not a problem. This recipe is perfect when you need bread in a hurry.

2 Ingredient Microwave Bread | If you need a few slices of bread fast, this microwave bread is so easy. It’s great for sandwiches and toasting!

Easy Milk Bread | This bread is soft and fluffy and can be used in a lot of ways. Plus it’s only two ingredients.

Honey Beer Bread | Another quick bread but this time made with beer and honey. This is one of my all-time favorite beer bread recipes. It’s great just sliced with warm butter or use it to make grilled cheese sandwiches.

Irish Soda Bread | Traditional Irish soda bread is not very sweet and you don’t have to wait until St. Patrick’s Day to make it. I also have a soda bread with raisins, too!

No Yeast 2 Ingredient Soft Pretzels | These homemade pretzels do not require any yeast or proofing and they are ready in less than an hour. 

Buttermilk Biscuits | This recipe is so easy to make with just three ingredients!

2 Ingredient Pizza Dough | You don’t need any yeast to make a crispy thin-crust pizza. This recipe is so quick and easy.

2 Ingredient Bagels | These bagels are chewy like traditional ones but are so much easier.

Microwave English Muffins | These are a little different from regular English muffins – they’re made with coconut flour and are low carb – but they’re super easy to make in the microwave.

Microwave Chinese Buns | These buns only take about five minutes to make and are just as good as traditional steamed buns.

3 Ingredient Buttery Rolls | Sugar-free, yeast frees, and egg free! These are a great dinner roll and so easy to make.

Pumpkin Bread Rolls | These fall-inspired rolls don’t have any yeast, sugar, eggs, or oil. You only need two ingredients!

Low Carb Garlic Rolls | These savory dinner rolls are keto-friendly and have a similar texture to regular garlic rolls without the carbs.

4 Ingredient Keto Bread | This easy bread recipe is just 4 ingredients. The bread is great for sandwiches, toast, and more. And it’s low carb, keto-friendly and gluten-free.

Cauliflower Bread | This cauliflower bread can be used as toast, sandwich bread, and any other bread substitution you need.

 

Microwave Peanut Butter Bread | This keto bread is super easy to make. All the ingredients are mixed in a mug and the bread cooks in less than 2 minutes in the microwave.

Low Carb Mug Bread | This microwave bread is very similar to regular bread but it’s low carb and so easy to make.

Keto Bread Rolls | These savory soft rolls can be eaten by themselves or used for sliders and sandwiches.
