Instant Pot Sous Vide Eggs | These eggs have a velvety texture and you can make them with a variety of mix-ins like gruyere cheese, bacon, spinach, veggies and other types of cheese. They are similar to the ones sold at Starbucks and are very quick and easy to make.

Big, Fluffy Baked Buttermilk Pancakes | These impressive pancakes are baked in the oven so you don’t have to stand over the stove flipping pancakes all morning. They’re fluffy and light and only take 30 minutes to make.

Baked French Brick Toast | Inspired by Taiwanese brick toast this twist on French toast is a fun breakfast for Mother’s Day. A large cube of toast is filled with fresh fruit and mascarpone whipped cream.

Loaded Breakfast Totchos | Tater tots topped with bacon, sausage, fried eggs, cheese and other toppings is great for brunch when you’re hosting a crowd.

Souffle Omelet | This is an impressive and unique egg dish that you can serve for brunch and it isn’t that hard to make. The eggs are incredibly fluffy and soft, with a melted cheese center.

Japanese Souffle Pancakes | These pancakes are a big breakfast trend in Japan and they are very easy to make at home. They are so light and fluffy and I share all of my best tips and tricks for making them.

Giant Instant Pot Pancake | This giant pancake is easy to make and cooks in an Instant Pot. One pancake can serve several people making it perfect for brunch. Or, if you don’t have an Instant Pot, try my rice cooker pancake which is similar.

Cloud Eggs | This is a fun way to serve eggs. The whites are whipped to a meringue state and then baked with the yolks. They’re flavored with cheese and herbs.

Eggs en Cocotte | These are French baked eggs and it’s a very easy breakfast. They are flavored with herbs and bacon and baked until the whites are set and the yolks are thickened. It’s a fancy looking recipe but actually very easy to make.

Cold Brew Irish Coffee Cocktail | An Irish coffee cocktail made with cold brew coffee! This drink is cold, creamy, sweet and refreshing. Perfect for brunch.

Sweet Avocado Smoothie | This creamy avocado smoothie is made with just four simple ingredients and no additional fruit, letting the avocado flavor shine through. It is a healthier version of a popular Vietnamese shake. If you like green tea you might like to try my green tea smoothie, too.

Matcha Green Tea Latte | This latte is perfect for a spring brunch and you can make it hot or iced depending on your tastes. The green from the matcha is so pretty swirled in the glass with the milk.

Cold Brew Vietnamese Iced Coffee | This Vietnamese-style inspired coffee combines concentrated cold-brewed coffee with ice and condensed milk, for a cold and refreshing drink.

Strawberry Champagne | For a special brunch it’s nice to have some champagne and my strawberry champagne cocktails are fruity and fresh. It’s a nice change from a traditional mimosa.

Avocado Roses and Toast Nine Ways | Learn how to make pretty avocado roses and then use them to make colorful and delicious toasts that are perfect for brunch.

Cinnamon Roll Muffins | These muffins are a lot easier to make than traditional cinnamon rolls but have all the same great flavors including a drizzle of icing on top.

Melting Potatoes | This roasted potato dish is a unique side dish to serve for brunch. The potatoes are crispy on the outside, with a tender interior that almost melts in your mouth.
